Who we support
Shipowners, charterers, cargo owners, insurers and logistics teams arranging vessel or cargo operations.
Our service
Vessel and cargo condition
We record the condition of vessels, cargo spaces and cargo within the agreed survey scope. Findings can support loading decisions, handovers and follow-up on damage or discrepancies.
Quantity surveys
We assess cargo or fuel quantities using the survey method agreed for the assignment. The proposal identifies the measurements, vessel records and access needed for the work.
Loading and discharge supervision
We observe the agreed stages of loading or discharge, record relevant handling conditions and document visible discrepancies for the client.
Shipment handovers
Seal checks, cargo observations and handover records help connect the condition of a shipment with a particular place and time.
What you receive
A survey report setting out the work performed, measurements or observations, relevant photographs and any limitations. The reporting schedule is agreed when the assignment is confirmed.
To prepare a quotation
- Vessel name, port and expected attendance date
- Survey purpose and cargo or fuel details
- Available records, access contact and reporting deadline
