Day-to-day follow-up

We support defined commercial tasks and keep the client informed through progress updates and action records.

Authority and reporting

The agreement identifies who GLC may contact, the decisions reserved for the client and any authority to act on the client’s behalf. Signing rights and financial commitments require express authorisation.

What you receive

Progress reports, communication records and updates on the agreed tasks. Residential building construction and the buying or selling of residential buildings are outside the scope of our representation services.

Frequently asked questions

Can representation cover a single assignment?

Yes. The arrangement can be limited to a particular task, supplier relationship or period.

Can GLC sign contracts on our behalf?

Only where that authority has been expressly agreed and appropriately verified. An enquiry does not authorise GLC to bind your company.

Does the service include legal advice?

The service covers commercial representation and coordination. Regulated legal advice requires a suitably qualified legal adviser.
