Who we support
Businesses that need support managing goods through a warehouse or improving day-to-day stock control.
Our service
Receiving and storage
We support the identification, checking and recording of incoming goods, including discrepancies and storage locations. Handling and storage arrangements reflect the products and facility.
Stock control
We help maintain stock movement and location records so that goods can be traced from receipt to release. Reviews can address unclear references, reconciliation gaps and inconsistent recording.
Picking, packing and dispatch
We support order preparation, checking and recorded handovers. The operating procedure identifies who authorises release and how shortages, damage and other exceptions are handled.
What you receive
Management of the agreed warehouse activities, stock movement records and operational reports. Staffing, systems, storage conditions and custody of goods are defined in the service agreement.
